Good day I’ve had the good fortune of communicating with a Ms. Christal from 25/ 3/2026 It was in connection with my late Mums Estate. From the get go she was so very empathetic and displayed patience considering my demise. She without any hesitation guided me through the many steps to register my late mums information on the system. Her attitude was very repectful, patient , educational especially since I’m a green horn with respect to the companies policies.

She at no time displayed “ impatience” annoyance at my many many phone calls to her. She displayed such professionalism in handling my mums case.

Christal should be an example to most employees. She is a valued member of the company and should be respected as such.
