Consultant Given Molaolwa Incompetence and Misuse of My Details

Good day,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding Mr. Given Molaolwa, the consultant assigned to assist me with my Siyanda shares. Unfortunately, he has proven to be not competent in handling my queries and requests, which has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

In addition, I want to make it clear that my intention is to sell all my Siyanda shares. I do not want these shares to be transferred to Yeboyethu, as I have no shares or interest with them.

Despite this, Mr. Molaolwa instructed me to send my personal details to FICA under Yeboyethu. I find this unacceptable, as I do not hold shares with Yeboyethu as Dimakatso has confirmed, and do not want them to have my personal information. I therefore request that Yeboyethu remove my details from their records immediately.

This matter needs urgent attention, and I expect Siyanda’s administration team to provide me with proper support and resolution.
