complaint

I have been having issue with this company from.Dec last year.I wanted my late husbands shares to be sold so I had informed them I dealt with sthembiso and he requested me to submit numerous documents a different one each time i called when they could of checked everything the same time.next time I called this being the end of march sthembiso said that my light bill was older than 3 months I accepted that and sent a current one. it was received on the 8 of April I called again in April and crystal said my details were not updated and she would get back to me the next week.we'll it's now June and I called today and guess what my details were still not updated.a person by the name of kim gave me her direct number never answers the phone or responds to voice mails.
