Commendation for Given- JSE Investor Services
Good Morning
I would like to thank an amazing call center agent by the name of Given from investor services.
He was extremely patient with me. The lines were very bad and kept cutting while he was trying to assist me, but he kept calling back and even followed up again the next day.
I now understand the issue and why i have not been paid. While I'm not happy how the non-payment was handled by khulasizwe initially, I at least have clarity now thanks to Given.
Thank you so much Given you are the best. Please continue giving excellent customer service
