COMMENDABLE PROFESSIONALISM

I recently posted a complaint on Hellopeter about the Khula Sizwe shares, as I had not received funds for the traded shares, which were supposed to be paid on the 4 February 2026. This was very frustrating as there was no communication about the delay. The Khula Sizwe team responded swiftly, attended to my query, and kept me updated at every step of resolving the matter. The professionalism shown by Yelisha, the quality assurance representative, and everyone I interacted with is truly commendable. I was showered with courtesy, and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you.
