Call your attorney not Link Market Services

Hi Date sequence of my story first:

13/4/2018 9:38 called ********** 110 wanting to sell my 612 Old mutual shares. After talking a lot and requiring a lot of FICA documents to register at a firm I never opened an account with which I think Link Market Services are breaking some laws in Sourh Africa on opening an bank account without my consent . 16/4/2018 10:27 I submitting these FICA documents that required me to go to the bank to get 3 months bank statements , certified as well as some other documents and then emailed this to Link Market Services ( I know the legal status of a certified document remains uncertified but they insisted it must be certified) 16/4/208 10:48 Emailed to request what is required to sell 612 shares immediately ?

18/4/2018 14:48 Received acknowledgement of receipt of the documents 20/4/2018 15:30 received receipt of email sent 16/4/2018 10:48 20/4/2018 15:31 Link MArket services attempt to retract their above email 20/4/2018 15:31 received same email(15:30) from Evonne Pietersen 30/40/2018 Phoned ********** 110 to request if they have FICA'd account. They confirmed all was in order. I requested her to immediately to sell the 612 shares and she confirmed this will be done. 07/05/2018 09:21 logged a complaint on the online website as follows "Instruction to sell 612 shares was logged on my phone recorder to number ( ********** 110) at 11:02 on 30/4/2018. It is now 7/5/2018 and funds for shares sold have not yet been credited to my bank account. Please explain the delay?" 09/05/2018 15:40 received an unresponsive email as follows in response you can laughed as I did ...... " Account Number: ********** 203 We refer to your below email enquiry and advise that should you wish to sell the shares, you may contact our Call centre on ********** . All sales are done telephonically. Should you require any further information regarding the above please do not hesitate to contact our offices on ********** / ********** for Old Mutual Plc or +27 11 ********** for any other enquiries. Our office hours are from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. So My advice to anyone use your attorney directly and do not waste time as I wanted to sell my shares on 13/4/2018 and the date is now 10/5/2018 and it is still not sold.
