Bad Service
JSE investor Services keep ignoring my e-mails. Their Call Centre is dysfunctional. I bought BBBEE Sasol shares for my children almost 15 years ago. All children got shares. And I still have all my children's shares but Brandon-Lee's seems not to be on JSE's records !!! So they also never paid him dividends.
So how the hell could his investment just vanish in thin air. This shares are intended to empower. But it seems you disempower. I want feedback where my son's investment is. In fact I want the investment on your record with all dividends and interest paid to him.

We advise that Brandon-Lee's share account is still active in our books and a holdings statement was sent to Brandon-Lee as evidence. The statement also reflects that Dividends was paid on the 12/09/2022.

23 Sept 2022, 12:14All my children's account is link to mine. The other 3 got theirs. Not Brandon-Lee. In fact I received statements of the payment for myself and the other 3 but not for Brandon-Lee. He has an Absa account 920.....493. Send me a reconciliation of the dividends you paid in that account since you took over the administration.
