AWAITING DIVIDEND PAYOUT SINCE SEPTEMBER 2019
Hi
I have a dividend payment outstanding since September 2019.
I've called your call centre many times, with the constant response "it's being escalated" I've tried to be reasonable but you guys are a disappointing service provider. I've dealt with your competitors and my banks trading platform and you guys are a cut below the rest.
Please can someone sort this out I've been a client for over 18 years.
