Atrocious service JSE investor services

I have had the worst service from JSE investor services. I’m trying to update a deceased shareholders details and have submitted all the required documents. They still say documents are outstanding. Wasted my time calling in several times. Consultants can’t even open documents and verify what had been received. I tried to escalate the matter to the manager on duty. I was told she would call me back. This was last week and I am still waiting. I wonder if I will ever be able to update these details and transact. It seems they don’t want to help and are completely ***********. Call centre is noisy with consultants screaming in the background. Very unprofessional and useless service. Minus 5 is the right rating
