After 9 months shares not transferred
Worst service and empty promises. I have been trying to transfer shares for 9 months now. Calls not returned, or email feedback. Personally delivered all document to their offices and still no progress.

21 Apr 2022, 10:06Mandy Williams & Yvonne Pietersen thanks for the assistance in getting the shares transferred. The shares have been transferred into my Mothers' name and I received confirmation on 12 April 2022. It is unfortunate that the service I received before the complaint was so poor and it took so long to finalise the request.
