I look forward to this response.
I really wish I liked this place. This was now my third time staying here and I will officially never again. I am writing this on the day before my checkout, so that if needed, I am not scared to stand face to face and have this conversation. I wouldn’t easily write a response like this but if I didn’t, it wouldn’t be heard. Also as someone who has grown up in the service industry and still works in it today, I will say something. Something about this place has a dark energy and not to mention majority of the male staff showing absolutely cold, uncomfortable and after my personal experience - disgusting behaviour. After a targeted incident I feel the need to speak on it, especially targeted towards me, as someone with an eating disorder, and also someone who can proudly say I always display respect & kindness, catching certain male staff members watching me on cameras making fun of and mocking me. Over something as stupid and small as FOOD. Which, in every individual just FYI is none of anybody else’s business. NOBODY should have the audacity to comment on such a thing or anything involving another individual. And also overhearing similar “joking about” more than once, throughout my stay. The weird rules set here make it so uncomfortable, you never feel at home. I never sleep at peace here. And after this experience with these males at reception, I will be laying a formal complaint and have spoken to my lawyer regarding this. Nobody should be WATCHED on CAMERA like I’ve been. Nobody should be as miserable as they are, especially the staff, BUT MOST ESPECIALLY the guests!!! I pay to stay here but then get such disgusting energy and feelings and looks. You don’t even get a proper place to eat your meals (oh yes! And not to forget to mention they make fun of you while you do!) Staying here made me so uncomfortable and staff should not be adding to that. I wouldn’t accept this in my every day life and the fact that I felt so threatened I couldn’t even speak up on it is yet again, disgusting. I want to make it clear that this is not all staff - the cleaning staff & bar staff have treated me better than ever and I have no ill word to say there so I would not want any action taken about them and their kindness. With that being said, these specific males in my opinion should be reprimanded, reevaluated and perhaps even background checked. I am also more than happy to point out exact ones in a lineup that I believe should be checked and clocked if required. As a woman, I would never even consider this place again unless action is taken to make it a more comfortable space and experience. Don’t let the pretty lights and **** grass fool you. Apart from the friendly cleaning and bar staff, as management; I’d review and have a conversation with every other. And I’m more than happy to speak more on this. I look forward to this response.

The front desk guy wasn't helpful at all, his behavior was so cold and too much attitude
The front desk guy wasn't helpful at all, his behavior was so cold and too much attitude. The management sucks there i don't even know if there's manager there. I made a booking next they canceled my booking which I paid for and never got my refund back, I didn't get no email or call for being told that my booking is being canceled. They don't take no cash only card payments. They don't take me serious cause I'm black and openly ***. I think that place is ****phobic and ******.
