Very dissapointed, they manage the shop unprofessionaly and they do not care about customers

Very dissapointed. I ordered an item from this shop on the 5th May and it came torn. When i contacted their morning Glen branch i was told i must pay courier myself to return the item. Till today i havent received my refund after several calls and attempts. They are very unproffessional. If you order from this shop order at your own risk and make sure the clothes fit. Their retun and refund process is non existence. Just know they dont refund.
