5th ave fashion is a ****

My boyfriend bought a dress for me online @5th Ave fashion . The following day after we ordered online, I was told the dress was out of stock.

I was already exhausted and tired of this store because a month ago I went to their branch for the same dress and was told they don't have it in their branch but they would check the other branches and would get back to me. They never did.

After a month we saw the dress was available online so we bought it online. Then the next day again we are told it's out of stock.

I just had a feeling a refund would take forever so I asked for a replacement but their communication was so bad I decided I didn't want anything from the store anymore, I just wanted the refund.

We went to the store in the same week and we were told the order was fulfilled from their side which I didn't understand because a few days ago we were talking about a refund now I received the dress?

They said they will investigate. They called the same day and told me the person who did the order is not at work and they can't find the tracking details or which courier was used Aii bethuna😂

They sent me a refund form and after 5 days I asked for an update the lady said she will ask her manager and that was the last response or communication
