Very bad customer service

I bought a chocolate of theirs and it tasted horrible and it looked horrible upon opening the packet. I emailed them with pictures and they didn't even respond at all. It's very disappointing and I use to buy at least 10 chocolates a month for the family. But I will rather go buy now from one of the other brands
