Thanx a lot Cadbury legend competition for wasting my time

The cadbury legend competition is nothing but a ***** the rules simply state you need to purchase any two cadbury chocolate which I excitedly did & dailed *120*101112# as instructed, 1st step required my ID, followed by the 2nd step that requires a unique code inside the chocolate cover this is where my issue lies, it took me almost 15 minutes of me looking for the code in both chocolate covers mind you I'm being charged my airtime while looking for this code because I dialed the number to enter the competition, finally before giving up I found the code which was covered in the melted chocolate on a silver shinny cover making it difficult to see the code, I decided to take a wipe to try & remove the chocolate & with just my luck the whole code got removed luckly I had another chocolate bar of which it also was covered in melted chocolate I tried by all means to see what the code is but failed 4 times trying to see only to realize one number on the code was automatically whipped even before I opened the chocolate, what a waste of my time, airtime, money and effort.
