POOR QUALITY CHOCOLATE SLAB

I purchased a 150gr whole nut chocolate slab and when I opened it, the 8th row was missing and in its place were a row of thin chocolates loose, they are so thin they cannot even come from the 80gr slab. I immediately went on line to Cadburys web site and filled in a complaint and also asked them to send me a e mail address so I could send photos I took but to date they have not come back to me. THIS TELLS ME THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED. YOU MUST ACCEPT THEIR POOR QUALITY AND PAY THE HIGH PRICE FOR A SLAB WHICH NEXT TIME WILL HAVE 2 ROWS MISSING. SHAME ON YOU CADBURY
