Glass in Cadbury Slab

I am a single mother and have bought a 88G Cadbury Caremello bar of chocolate from a PicknPay store near me, to my disappointment I bit into a piece of glass, luckily I have not bitten hard enough to hurt or injure myself however I had given my daughter some to school and now had worried about her health! It had cost me almost r450.00 to Uber to her school and back. She didn't either encure any injuries. Yet when I had made email contact with Cadbury Mondelez, in their response they had told me they're "sincere", and apologize, and that they'll send an agent to collect the glass filled chocolate. I had ask them for a bit of a better reimbur*****t, and deserve a better sweetener as this is not just or fair. I have a email and the physical evidence.
