Exceptional customer service

My kids have been collecting redemption codes for the Cadbury Martian figures promotion for a few weeks. By the time all the codes were collected, some of the Engen garages in my area had run out of stock of some of the characters or may have been waiting for more stock. My kids were disappointed. I called Cadbury on Monday at around 4pm for assistance. By midday on Tuesday Cadbury had delivered the Martian figurines to my home.

This is such remarkable customer service. It is truly exceptional and so much different from the low levels of customer service we are used to receiving. It is an example that shows that providing outstanding customer service is possible. Well done Cadbury and thank you.
