Disappointed and frustrated at the poor quality of ice-cream.

So disappointed at cadbury. Today i bought 3 boxes of cadbury lunchbar ice-cream and when i opened it, to my surprise the ice-cream was smashed and the chocolate had a bad tatse to it. It also tasted stale, i thought it was only that 1 box but to my surprise all three boxes where smashed ice-cream with stale chocolate over. The chocolate on the ice-cream has such a bad taste as if it was cheap stale chocolate and stale nuts. I am really disappointed and frustrated at cadbury as their ice-cream is of poor quality. The ice-cream was not expired because it has a best before date which only expires in 2024...
