Diplomat Mondelez does not want to pick up return stocks

Cadbury is the only one of the 3 major chocolate companies in South Africa who falsely claim without the customers return signature of acknowledging batch numbers that stock is purchased or not directly through them and does not want pick up returns and damages from customers. They are short cutting not only in packaging sizes because consumers do notice these daylight ******* shrinkage in pack sizes yet since the last two years, the price of chocolates has doubled and then they still *****ing the customers by not fulfilling their full end of leakages in the market place as they previously used to do a decade ago. This is unacceptable from companies whose shareholders and board directors draw out revenues from these companies in the millions per annum at the knife edge of the intermediaries and end users who are only trying to make an honest living. We are going to fight you until we get our full worth for the price we pay including satisfaction guarantee and we will take no other answer but the same response we used to get a decade ago, full satisfaction guarantee as anything else is unfair business practices.
