Chocolate is off no feedback after sending email 2 days ago

I have kids and kids love chocolate on Friday 26 i bought a chocolate and upon opening the chocolate i got the shock of my life once again. Last week we bought a crunchie at pnp Gordon'sbay after paying for it and opened it it was completely white after opening 3 chocolates we eventually received the correct one now once again buying a slab wr discover the same problem i am always buying cadbury but the quality is getting out of hand ur 0800 number is 24/7 engaged i sent an email and no response is this the kind of service u guys are giving to clients..
