Cadbury South Africa Customer Care Have Lost The Plot

I love Cadbury chocolates. However, I advise all to never contact their customer service line. I purchased 4 boxes of the Cadbury Dairy Milk Mini Stick ice creams 2 weeks ago. The package description is Vanilla flavoured ice cream coated in Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate with a Cadbury Dairy Milk swirl. Therein lies the issue. So far, out of 20 ice creams, we have eaten about 10 and not one of them has any Cadbury Dairy Milk swirl in the ice cream. I called Cadbury South Africa to tell them that they were supplying a product which is not as described. I was not looking for anything from them. The amount of questions asked was absolutely ridiculous. When I was finally asked to send in pictures of the product, I was flabbergasted. I told the agent to forget it and ended the call. OMG, it was like being in a parallel universe. I will definitely NEVER contact them again. Jeff stern ***
