Cadbury dropped the egg

I recently bought a box of Cadbury fluffies marshmallow eggs. While the taste of Cadbury chocolate is a household favorite. The quality of these eggs are just not up to competitors standards. Every single one of the eggs upon opening them is wet and soggy and a consumer cannot help but get sticky goo all over your hands. I did email the customer care address found online just to mention it to them incase they haven't realized a defect in their product. Absolutely no reply or feedback. At this rate I won't be surprised if people just carry on buying the overpriced beacon marshmallow eggs purely because they are a quality product with no defects such as soggy sticky wet chocolate
