Cadbury doesn't taste like Cadbury anymore
Cadbury has become a huge disappointment. Not only has the taste changed for the worse, but the bars have noticeably shrunk as well. Whispers went from 200g to 180g and it’s now just 170g, and a standard slab is only 80g instead of 100g. How did this become acceptable, let alone the new normal? I've also noticed that the chocolate itself is much thinner than it used to be. It melts in your hands within seconds and has lost the rich, creamy texture that made Cadbury so popular in the first place. The flavour is now overwhelmingly sweet, with barely any cocoa taste left. All I can taste is sugar, palm oil, and artificial flavouring. It no longer feels like real chocolate, just a sweet, greasy confectionery product masquerading as chocolate. I've been buying Cadbury for years, but I won't be purchasing it again. Between the shrinking portions, declining quality, and disappointing taste, it's simply not worth the money anymore. So thanks, Kraft, for ruining one of my favourite chocolate brands. Then again, perhaps I shouldn't call it chocolate anymore. With so little cocoa in your product, "confectionery" seems like the more accurate description.
