Poor Quality and the worst service .

The worst service I've ever had my whole life. I bought an L couch less than two months ago. The long part of the couch sinks when u sit. I've been calling the store and the manager to fix my couch. I've heard all stories. They keep making promises to fetch the couch and they never do. I called again this morning and was told the manger will call me back. As always i haven't heard anything . I regret ever buying this couch from this store. No accountability whatsoever and they don't care about their costumers.
