Second hand item & the item is totally different from the website
I purchased 3 door base cupboard the i tem came in sealed boxes but the pieces were dirty you could see that the items was dis assembled from the floor, full of black finger prints, totally different from what i purchased the top part is black and handles were not the same as what i purchased. Your business name and service is totally different i wish yoy can let us when you sell second hands so that we don't purchase. Was willing to purchase more items but with what i receive i rather spend my mone somewhere.

I had an amazing experience with 5 Star Furniture ,truly 5-star customer service! I encountered a small issue with a chest of drawers I purchased, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. They replaced the item without any hassle and were so attentive throughout the entire process. The owner and the delivery team were nothing but kind, patient, and helpful, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to come across such genuine care for customers these days. I will definitely be returning for more items for my home. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
