Bad Quality and Customer service from 5 STAR FURNITURE PRETORIA NORTH/GEZINA

I am very dissapointed in 5 Star Furniture Pretoria north. Weve bought a 4 piece Lounge Suite cash from 5 Star end off January 2018. Very nice suite. But not within a month ive returned the one double seater for repairs. Now its been a month and my double seater is still there after i went to the branch to see that they have relocated to Gezina. So yes i was there yesterday at the Gezina branch, the so called manager there informed my i will get my double seater back today early morning. Its 5 o clock now and not even a phone call or nothing. Now in this months time the other double seater also broke within 2 bluddy weeks. R13 500 for this suite. So i spoke to Sylvia via e mail. I havnt recieved any responce and this is now forceing me to take it further. So 5 Star Furniture i seriously think you can come and collect the complete suite and give me my money back. I Am very very dissapointed. And allthough there is a year warrentee it doesnt tell me anything because of the fact that this suite start falling appart within one month after we bought it.
