Bad attitude and not accepting faults

Good day,<br> <br> It is with great deepest sadness as I would like to bring to your attention a very bad attitude I got from Hansie in one of your store in Pretoria North. Apparently I went to buy a TV stand and before I could even buy I started by complaining about the L shape couch that I bought in December 2014 on the 24th that the couch's sponge has shifted from its normal position and I would like it to be checked and then he started attacking me with words> I was so tempered to beat him up and his staff stopped me. I want my couches to be replaced if not I want my full refund as I still have proof that the couches are still in 1 year period of warranty as the have stated> I bought this couches from the very same person and I used cash. I didn't lay-bye or anything.<br> <br> Please attend to my query ASAP.
