Not so rosy over here!

Poor management style, units have lot of defects (ceiling collapsing, cracking and lifting of tiles, cracks on walls, etc) yet there is no sense of urgency in sorting out the issues. There is insufficient capacity of maintenance team to attend to issues experienced by tenants in the units. Electricity daily charge was initially reasonable but 3 months later had sky rocketed even though my living arrangements remained the same. Ground floor units is worse, rats running around. Not to mention uninvited guests invading our space aka roaches.
