5 on Thirtheenth is a construction site with Tenants that pays !
Imagine waking up every day to the most excruciating noise, feeling your entire floor vibrating, and having your clothes outside covered in cement dust from the construction. Now picture paying rent at the end of the month for all of this. How the **** are we supposed to work from home with this kind of noise? You can’t even sit through a Zoom meeting, let alone concentrate or think properly. The constant drilling, banging, and vibrations are beyond frustrating. I am beyond frustrated, and honestly, I cannot wait to move out of this ****ing hell!

Imagine waking up every day to the most excruciating noise, feeling your entire floor vibrating, and having your clothes outside covered in cement dust from the construction. Now picture paying rent at the end of the month for all of this. How the **** are we supposed to work from home with this kind of noise? You can’t even sit through a Zoom meeting, let alone concentrate or think properly. The constant drilling, banging, and vibrations are beyond frustrating. I am beyond frustrated, and honestly, I cannot wait to move out of this ****ing hell!

Built with cheap materials if you know your worth Run from this place
This place is a complete nightmare. Where do I even begin! The investors clearly cut every possible corner, yet they have the audacity to charge outrageous rent for apartments that feel like RDP-quality housing. Everything is cheaply built—from the door handles to the lifting tiles, cracked walls, and crumbling staircases. It feels like no care or quality went into the construction. To make matters worse, Block 10 is being reconstructed their initial structure is falling . We're paying 14k a month while being subjected to constant noise from heavy construction trucks every day,when the trucks are done for the day the neighbors will resume playing loud music . I'm frustrated and feel ****** or ****med in this place because there's no value for the money I'm paying for .....
