I am Very disappointed in management and how they deal with mistakes made by them

I was a visitor at 5 13th avenue 5ive on thirteenth lifestyle apartments northcliff randburg in April I ate there during the first week and during the payment of my bill the waitress told me that she is not sure if it has approved and she will need to do another transaction if it's a duplicate I will have to come back and I will get my money back in cash I went back to the restaurant after a week and I was told by the manager that he is waiting for the accountant to check and I left my details,he never got back to me when I went back again he told me to send my bank statement reflecting duplicate payment which i did ,still there was no response as he also asked me if I live or have visited the estate and I told him I'm a visitor.later after April I spoke to Michael who told me he will escalate the matter to the manager ,I did countless follow ups but nobody seemed to care about it ,I don't know whether to say I was ****med or was it theft as till today I have not yet received my money back...I am disgusted by the way I was treated ,I ask my self does this happen to every customer or is it only me ?

I understand when people make a mistake and fix it but those who ignore you for months even though they are guilty of *****ing the money I work hard for ..so they just take.
