5ive on Thirteenth -Worst place ever

Stayed at 5ive on Thirteenth from June 2022 to August 2023. The beginning was perfect and things ran smoothly, while everything was fairly new. After a while things start wearing down and they just don't care to do anything about it. The "tennis court" is not that at all. Just a court now with nothing in. The net has been down for months.

After moving out, they brought the most useless excuses in the book so they could not pay the full deposit, ended up getting only half back for things they were aware of and would not come fix. Nothing you mention gets fixed, maintenance turn around time is "when they feel like it".

The restaurant sucks, the playing facilities are rusting and breaking, the tenants are leaving public areas in a mess that is not being cleaned. The place is the biggest **** I have ever seen. On top of decreasing quality in service and facilities, they slapped a 14% increase onto my rental after 1 year had lapsed. I would much rather encourage people to go stay elsewhere because it looks exciting from the outside and on pictures but it won't even be a month there before you regret it!
