NO response,oney payed no order conformation or any communication

I placrd an order for some items,I found them through the payflex site,I placed the order and payment was made,I received no conformation of my order,still havent,i went onto the onlibe store and onto my account,It says I have no orders and my cart is empty,the money is of of my account but they say I didnt order anything,then a refund was issued for a amount that was not the same as what i payed,about 1000 short and atill no communication to why they refunded aome money or why thwre is no order on my account,I just lost a **** load of money I geuss.
