4REGN is it a real shop or ****
I bought clothes for my son on the 30th May. Order number #3414D I have not received my order; there are no means of contacting this company to enquire about the order. Does in even exist, or its a ****?

4regn is a *****,do not fall in the trap
1 star only because There is no 0 rating.They never answered any of my calls,emails,whatsapps or even my fb messages,only after payflex contacted them did i receive a refund and still no explanation to what happened with my order.Furthermore I discovered that all the clothing that 4regn sells actually comes from Temu,I found the exact items i ordered from 4regn on temu same photos and discriptions as on 4regn's site but on temu a denim cost 400 and 4regn sells the temu item for 800.Payflex should remove this merchant from their site the are not a reputable bussiness and has no integrity.

*****s,stole my money and i received no products ,no communication,Do not use this bussines
DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE.These people are *****s,i ordered and paid for items on their website,the money was paid but no conformation from them of my order,no communication,in my acc with them it shows no orders placed and no items in my cart,no orders yet.They dont answer emails,whatsapps or messages,the took my money but i received no products from them.Lost a **** load full of money and nothing to show for it.

No communication,no response on all social media,no acknowlegement of the emails,
I placed an order on payflex for few items and received a confirmation and the tracking code on the 06 April 2026 at 15h33,I paid the first and second instalment and today they deducted the last payment but till today i haven't received my order or atleast communication.Track my Order has 8 stages, my order is still on the second stage since but not moving (#3350D),i tried to contact 4regn on all social media,Instagram,email,whatssup and even tried to call with no luck. Those items were supposed to be my son's birthday gift,im so disappointed with the brand.

NO response,oney payed no order conformation or any communication
I placrd an order for some items,I found them through the payflex site,I placed the order and payment was made,I received no conformation of my order,still havent,i went onto the onlibe store and onto my account,It says I have no orders and my cart is empty,the money is of of my account but they say I didnt order anything,then a refund was issued for a amount that was not the same as what i payed,about 1000 short and atill no communication to why they refunded aome money or why thwre is no order on my account,I just lost a **** load of money I geuss.

Great service!
I was a bit hesitant about ordering online from this brand. But it exceeded my expectations, I ordered last week Monday and my job interview was Friday. I started panicking and reached out on Tuesday because I was worried because of the delayed delivery reviews I read and I was assured the parcel was on the way and I got it Thursday morning! And yes I got the Job!!!

Great service!

I bought clothing on this website last weekend. Till today I haven't heard from them, they dont acknowledged my emails or my whatsapps. I actually needed the stuff for Christmas and stated as much. I checked on other reviews and everyone is complaining about their poor customer service. Please please everyone else. Dont fall in the same trap as I did. Rather buy at know reputable stores
