unsatisfactory after sales service

my Solar installation is just 3 month old and I have a problem with the pipes making noises. 4 Seasons came round but are unable to diagnose the problem. Other providers of Solar systems say it is possible the pump is of poor quality and is busy "dying" I may have to find another company to assist me as his workers are unable to fix the problem.
