Non-compliant installation of solar geysers
Installed my solar geysers 4 years ago. The geyser cylinders started leaking. Couldn't get hold of 4 Seasons Solar so I contact the geyser manufacturer. They confirmed that the geysers were still under warranty so they sent someone to do an inspection who discovered that the geyser anodes had been moved from where they should be installed to a water outlet at the rear end of the geysers which is not correct and so the warranties were voided. It cost me a fortune to replace the geysers. I also discovered that the temperature sensor had been broken off from the geyser connector by the installer. I have since read that this has also been the case with other installations and have concluded that this was done to avoid the thermostat from cutting off the element if the geyser temperature exceeds 90 degrees and so avoid a call-out. This is not acceptable from a safety perspective.

***** installation & NO after sales
***** company - also called "4 Solar SA" now but it's the same Pieter as 4 Season Solar and based in Alberton. Poor installation: seal on new element didn't fit resulting in large leak, piece of the new thermostat was also broken off. Had to call and pay another plumber to correct their mistakes. No after sales service WHATSOEVER. They take your money on the spot (75% deposit, 25% on card machine before they leave). After that, you will never get hold of them again. STAY AWAY and don't waste your money or add another couple of thousand Rand to their quote for the mess you'll have to fix.
