These people are totally ***********

Two years ago, this company supp**** us with a 300L solar Geyser. When it was installed, they indicated that the geyser should be services every two years. A few weeks ago, I was called and advised that they needed to service the geyser. I was away from Johannesburg at the time and advised them to contact me again when I had returned. They did so and made an arrangement to come and do the service. They failed to pitch, and I waited around for a whole day. They also failed to contact me, so I contacted them. The person on the other end of the phone seemed surprised that they had not done this and promised to get back to me, but failed to do so. I had not heard anything fro two weeks, and again I get called, (No apology for not getting back to me I might add), and we make another arrangement to service they geyser. Yet again the technicians fail to arrive at the appointed time. The product they sell is great, but their level of service and commitment to keeping their promises is very poor. I think it's a case of, once they have sold you the product, they are not interested.
