Guarantee's not worth the paper they are written on

The paperwork said the tubes would be guaranteed for 5 year's. They blew up after 3 year's and I tried to reach them by Cell phone and left messages, but No One responded. So People, never trust guarantee's. they are not worth the paper they are written on. The same happened to me with Gutter Friends......10 year guarantee with roof coating and after 2 year's they came - took one look at the roof - and never heard from them again !!! they ran for the hills..................
