Disappointing Service & Unreliable

Received quotation, negotiated and agreed reduced price. Only after installation, realised certain components were not installed and other cheaper parts were installed. Was not informed that the omission/replacement of parts were to compensate for the reduced price. Will not recommend as company is not upfront and honest once payment is made. Still waiting for written guarantees - no response from Pieter.
