Violation of POPI Act

Violation of POPI Act I would like to log a complain against 3@1 North Riding printing shop for violation of my privacy . The employee publicly shared my personal information Infront of customers laughing and joking about my personal matter. I sent my confidential documents to North Riding at 3@1 for printing however the staff read out load the content of the document. I left the store feeling humiliated as I’m still undergoing counselling on the same matter.
