The Commissioner of Oaths Mr Ahmed Khan very rude and unprofessional!!

Went to certify my application and ID documents, got to the store and saw a notice that only copies made at the store will be certified, cool no stress made the copies then I said I will take that as extra copies, kindly certify the ones in the application package as I compiled it already... then the "Commissioner of Oaths" Mr Ahmed Khan replies and says no he is going to sign what's printed and its going to take to much of his time to go through my application to make sure everything is in order... very rude and arrogant! I had to compose my self cause it was like he is doing me a favour yet I had all original documentation and my application was truthful... so I just went through my documents to make sure everything is in order just to find out that he did not even sign the copies made in store the assistant lady just wrote the date... I am furious because its a service that he vowed to render as a Commissioner of Oaths but he clearly does not have the patience or time to make sure that documents are in order... and this after one is forced to print at the store in order for him to sign a document... I honestly think he should be reconsidered as a Commissioner of Oaths cause he clearly does not have the time nor patience (which he made very clear to me) to abide by oath he took to assist in certification of documents.
