Disappointed customer

Came to print a document as I always come to the store. To have printed or to email. The store doesn't have teacher's pet font on their system I usually just bring it with me when I do printing etc. However today I'm told they don't do that but will check I explained to them they don't have the font as most teacher's would have it anyway. Been waiting for 15+ minutes for assistance after the sales gentleman walks away without saying anything. When asked excuse me will I not be helped I was told that they helping customers I understand but at least acknowledge your customers and explain to them that you need to see to this and that instead of walking away without any word. I'm very disappointed as I often do my printing jobs and assignments here. The job was done after I requested some answers to why am I standing here.
