I would strongly advise anyone looking for signage or printing to take their business elsewhere. My experience with 24hr Media over the last four months has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by incompetence and blatant disrespect. The Timeline of Failures: • Missing Materials: Four months ago, we dropped off two Chromadek boards (one large, one small) to be used as size references for a new order of boards and flags. • Poor Communication: After a month of silence, we discovered our original representative had left the company. No one reached out to notify us; we had to chase them down ourselves. • Lost Property: The new representative eventually admitted that the company had misplaced/lost our original boards. • Broken Promises: After a heated exchange, the owner promised to replace the lost boards. It took another month for them to claim the replacements were ready. The Final Straw: When we went to collect our property, we discovered the "replacements" were not the correct size or specification. When we tried to calmly explain this to the owner, he became incredibly hostile. Instead of taking responsibility for losing a client's property, he told us that this was "all we were getting out of him" and demanded we "take our stuff and get lost." The Verdict: I have never encountered such a lack of professional ethics. To lose a customer's equipment is one thing, but to respond with verbal abuse and "get lost" when called out on it is unacceptable. We collected what we could and left to avoid further physical escalation. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually values its customers and their property.

We commissioned 24 Hour Media to manufacture 10 POS display stands. The first 6 stands collapsed in-store within days of installation. Instead of taking responsibility, the company blamed us for “rushing the job”, insisted the stands were not defective, and instructed us to fetch the stands from stores and deliver them back to their premises for fixing, rather than collecting them or resolving the issue on site. Customer service was extremely poor, with no urgency, no apology, and no accountability shown. The overall workmanship and handling of the matter were deeply disappointing. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding 24 Hour Media for POS display stand manufacture. Overall experience: less than 1 star. 24 Hr Media South Africa Unit 1, Atlas Gardens, 40 Sycamore Crescent, Cape Farms, Cape Town, 7550
