What sort of business is this?

Some days ago I received a call from a 24/7 rep. As I had recently noticed a regular (unauthorised?) deduction from my current account from that company, I requested that this policy be cancelled.<br> The gentleman concerned assured me that i would receive a call from the dept concerned \within the next ninety minutes"as I recall.<br> Surprise surprise...I'm still waiting.<br> The fact that so many individuals have complained on Hello Peter regarding unauthorised deductions without getting an written response as to how this was accomplished is disturbing to say the least. <br> All 24/7 seem to say is that the matter has been resolved. It does seem that 24/7 are working hand in glove with TRACKER"
