Utter uselessness.

Had a breakdown on the N1 close to Polokwane on Monday 9 Sept '19. I managed to get them on the line and I requested guard assistance. The operator could not assist me at all and suggested I rather upgrade my policy to the next level?!!! I have now been trying to make contact with this company via telephone and e-mail with no luck?? Naturally I want to cancel the policy and claim my money back for non-delivery of their so called services? Any help with this please?
