Unauthorized Debit order & Product does not work

I have not authorized this debit order and when 24/& ASAP tested the product it did not work on my phone. I was under the impression that this product was part of Tracker and included in the Tracker fee.<br> <br> I did phone 24/7 ASAP and Shenel said that she will cancel the debit order and that she will also retrieve the recording of my conversation with Tracker. If it is true that I have not agreed to this 24/7 ASAP product that she will refund all the debits that was erroneously deducted.<br> <br> Kobus Janse van Rensburg<br> ***
