Unauthorized debit order
The telemarketer led me to believe that roadside service was included in the Tracker subscription I was paying. The additional debit order was deducted for a service I did not authorize. The monthly amount escalated from R59.00 in November 2017 to R356.00 in June 2018. When I contacted my bank regarding the debit order I was informed that it was from a Telemarketing agency that represented 24/7 ASAP. I do not know what services I am covered for and never subscribed with 24/7ASAP. The amount of the monthly debit order was increased out of proportion, with no communication from 24/7 ASAP. I demand a full refund of all the money deducted from my account by 24/7ASAP, as I never signed a contract with them.
