Unauthorized Debit from my account and over charged.

Hi My name is Francois Coetzee ID ********** 074080. I took out the Subscription 24/7 with ( Tracker) Talk Sure SA for R49.00 every month. I noticed that a Debit order was going off every month for R189.00 from Talk Sure. I was contacted on Saturday 09 December 2017 from an agent from Talk Sure telling me about the product and my new Debit order will be R380 as I added my children to my policy, But I can recall that the agent at that time wanted other people who they can contact to introduce the product, Please can this Talk Sure product be cancelled as of today 11 December 2017 and I will be contacting the bank to reverses the payments. I did not agree to adding anybody to this policy and I want this policy cancelled and monies refunded.
