I never gave any authorisation to take R70,00 off my account for the last two months, its difficult to get hold of you, as the phone just always rings. can you kindly contact me directly URGENTLY! I want a refund

07 Jan 2020, 09:43Thank you Rivash for the assistance. I will be honest with you, I do think in the future you should make sure the add ons are 100% cancelled on the behalf the client. To avoid issues like this from happening again. It takes away future business, hopefully you get it sorted.
