Unauthorized debit order for 3 years 5 months

May you please cancel and refund me my money R70 that was deducted from my account since 2016 October without my consent. I opened a contract with Tracker so I assumed it was part of Tracker's charges but only to find out it had nothing to do with Tracker. I never agreed or signed any contract with 24/7 ASAP to deduct my money, I don't even know what they do.

Kindly respond and please I need my refund for the money (R70) deducted since October 2016 without my consent
